    • Answer: WIDWIG, standing for ‘What should IDo, Where should I Go,’ is a dynamic trip suggestion company designed to give our customers opportunities to bring their family, friends, and loved ones for a memorable experience. We offer a customized, time-saving guidebook, WIGuide, tailored to a customer’s preferences for dining and activities, ranging from low-budget to luxury experiences, preference in physical intensity, and from cozy cafes to exciting bars. 
  1. How do I use your digital guides?
    • Answer: Once you choose your options and purchase our service, you will receive a WIGuide(PDF file) that contains all the instructions, information, and fun elements.

  1. How do you choose the experiences featured in your guides?
    • Answer: Most of the places we’ve put are the places we have tried and loved. Some are places that we researched in depth, comparing reviews to reviews and we decided that we want to try it out ourselves.
  2. Can I suggest a hidden gem or experience for your guides?
    • Answer: We are always open to suggestions if you want to leave us an email at: service@widwig.com or leave a comment on our Instagram page.
  3. Do your guides cater to specific interests or themes?
    • Answer: Currently, we are focused on tailoring to Restaurant Budget, Physical Activity Level, Café or Bar, and “who are you going with”. We are considering adding more options in the future.

Technical and Support

  1. What should I do if I’m experiencing technical issues with a guide?
    • Answer: Send us an email at: service@widwig.comand we will send you the copy again to your email.
  2. How can I access the guides on my mobile device?
    • Answer: The WIGuidewill be freely accessible anywhere by simply opening the given PDF file. Currently, you can only access our service/website through the internet. However, we are planning to launch an app soon.

Pricing and Policies

  1. Do I need to pay for your digital guides?
    • Answer: Yes, the WIGuideis currently $10 and will be increased in the future as we put more value. However, most or all of the stores are individually accessible on our blog posts with limited information for free.
  2. What is your refund policy?
    • Answer: We will 100% refund in 30 days if you did not have a great time with your family, friends, or loved ones using our WIGuide.

  2. Is there a community forum or platform for users to share their experiences?
    • Answer: We are going to build a photo zone on our website soon and also an Instagram account to engage with our customers.
